This apartment, on the corner of Rua dos Fanqueiros and Rua Conceição, has a large living room bringing together some beautiful pieces of furniture from the 50’s and 60’s with refurbished garden furniture.
The apartment has one bedroom (which can be made up with one double or two twin beds). The living room also has a double sofa-bed. Bathroom with shower. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, washer/dryer machine, dishwasher and espresso coffee machine.

The original XVIII century windows have been changed per double-glass wood new ones to ensure the maximum external noise and temperature isolation, as they are all facing the two main and busy streets.
