Very spacious and bright, this apartment has a big living area and a long balcony all along Rua dos Fanqueiros and Rua da Conceição corner. The large dinning table and the beautiful old hand painted flower panel in one of the bedrooms give a very special character to this apartment. There is a balcony all around the apartment and the large wooden shutters, original from the XVIII century, were kept to better isolation from outside noise and temperatures.

The apartment has two bedrooms (both can be made up as double or twin beds), and one with a sitting area. Living room with a double sofa-bed. Bathroom with shower. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, washer/dryer machine, dishwasher and espresso coffee machine.

All windows are facing the two main streets.
