This apartment enjoys a beautiful living room, which opens on to a large kitchen. The original XIX century tiles have been restored throughout. Its south-facing aspect allows in plenty of light, keeping it bright, despite being on the first floor.

It has one bedroom (which can be made up as one double or two twin beds) facing the back patio, quieter than the main street. The living room also has a double sofa-bed. Bathroom with shower. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, espresso coffee machine and washer/dryer machine.

The original windows were replaced by new wood windows with double-glass to ensure better isolation from external noise and temperatures.
